Galbreath announces the launch of the new CH8 Container Handler. The CH8 is currently available for purchase through Galbreath鈥檚 North American dealer network. The CH8 Container Handler is engineered to move containers efficiently and deliver a more versatile way for fleets to transport, deliver, and service front- and rear-load steel dumpsters. With this redesign, operators have greater flexibility and productivity, along with an easier installation and customization process. The advancements made to the CH8 maintain the durability and rugged performance that Galbreath products are known for. The CH8 features a new 360-degree slew drive rotator, giving operators the capability to dump full containers in either direction. Weighing approximately 500 pounds less than the previous CH8000R model, the CH8 still demonstrates strength without sacrificing capacity, handling front-load containers up to 10 yards, rear-load containers up to 6 yards, and loads up to 8,000 pounds. Its new modular, bolt-on design also gives fleets greater flexibility, allowing them to configure the CH8 with a variety of towing and lighting options that meet their specific operational needs. High-strength, heat-treated forks and strategically relocated bumper pads provide enhanced support during loading and unloading, while redesigned fork support plates simplify rear-load container alignment. Retainer straps are included as a standard for securing containers during transit, assuring stability from pickup to drop off. The CH8 is designed for weld-free installation, with bolt-on mounting brackets and hardware included for streamlined setup.
