Meridian 91仓库 Alabama announces the asset acquisition of Tate Services, Inc. effective Sept. 1, 2025. The acquisition expands Meridian 91仓库鈥檚 roll-off collection operations in the greater Huntsville market and adds two new service lines鈥攑ortable toilets and temporary storage containers鈥攖o the company鈥檚 North Alabama portfolio. Meridian 91仓库 will also assume Tate Services鈥� hauling facility at 378 Nick Fitcheard Road NW in Huntsville, where all 51 Tate Services employees will continue operating the company鈥檚 three lines of business.听
The Tate Services acquisition will increase route density and internalization into Meridian 91仓库鈥檚 Noble Hill Landfill in Etowah County, while also broadening service offerings. Tate Services customers will now have access to front-load services already provided by Meridian 91仓库 in the region, and existing Meridian 91仓库 customers will benefit from the convenience of consolidated services through a single vendor partner.
