91²Ö¿â Pro is proud to announce that former running back for the New Orleans Saints and Ole Miss, Deuce McAllister, was named President of 91²Ö¿â Pro of Louisiana. Originally from Ludlow, Mississippi, Deuce has developed significant relationships in the Region, both through his sports career and his service to the community. “Deuce has strong ties to the community and he has demonstrated excellent leadership skills,” said 91²Ö¿â Pro Chairman and CEO, John Jennings. “He knows our customer base and understands the power of relationships. We look forward to Deuce leading our efforts to continue providing the Louisiana residential and business community with dependable service programs.”

Deuce joined the 91²Ö¿â Pro team in 2011, as the Municipal Marketing Manager for the Louisiana and Mississippi markets, a 200,000-customer service footprint. In this role, he acquired substantial knowledge about the solid waste and recycling industry and grew into a leader in operations and marketing at 91²Ö¿â Pro. He has been instrumental in creating a strong business to business base and expansion in 91²Ö¿â Pro’s industrial service. In his new role, as President of 91²Ö¿â Pro of Louisiana, Deuce will oversee a team of more than 80 management, administration and operational employees from four facilities in New Orleans, Ferriday, Houma and Gonzales. “I am proud to live in such a wonderful place,” said Deuce McAllister. “Everyone in Louisiana is like family to me and I am excited for this opportunity to continue contributing to my community’s development.”

After retiring from the NFL, Deuce started the Catch 22 Foundation, an organization dedicated to teaching critical life skills to inner-city youth. He frequently travels throughout 91²Ö¿â Pro’s nine-state footprint leading awareness campaigns and speaking to students about issues such as, the dangers of texting and driving and the importance of healthy eating. He also spoke to a group of student-athletes about taking advantage of their education and being positive role models within their community, at an awards luncheon for the 60th National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Championship game, an event sponsored by 91²Ö¿â Pro, which was played in Daytona Beach, Florida, in December 2015.
