BTR announced the appointment of Eric Phillips as Director of Sales – Mid-Atlantic Region. In this role, Phillips will lead regional sales efforts and customer partnerships across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, supporting municipalities and waste haulers with flexible fleet solutions designed to keep operations running reliably and efficiently.
Phillips will focus on expanding BTR’s presence across the Mid-Atlantic region by helping municipalities and waste haulers maintain modern fleets without the large upfront capital investment typically associated with truck ownership.
“Eric brings valuable experience in the waste and recycling industry and a strong commitment to serving customers,” said Mike Natelborg, Senior Director of Sales – East Region at BTR. “His understanding of the challenges municipalities and waste haulers face every day will help strengthen our partnerships across Georgia and the Carolinas. In his role, Phillips will work closely with municipal leaders and private waste companies to develop fleet strategies that maximize capital budgets, improve uptime, and support long-term operational success.
Eric Phillips brings nearly a decade of experience in the waste and recycling industry, having worked in truck sales since 2016. Throughout his career, he has partnered with municipalities and waste haulers to help them modernize fleets and improve operational efficiency through reliable equipment solutions.
