CFC Recycling celebrated the grand opening of its newly renovated Gallatin facility with a ribbon-cutting following its May 2026 acquisition of longtime family-owned scrap and recycling institution Goolsby & Sons Recycling. Held at the company鈥檚 location at 337 Blythe Avenue, the event featured remarks from CFC and community leaders, guided tours of the updated facility, refreshments and giveaways.

It reflects our commitment to investing in this community, supporting our customers and building on the legacy that Goolsby & Sons established over many years.鈥�
Rice added, 鈥淚 would be remiss if I didn鈥檛 thank the people who helped us get here 鈥� and I am happy to announce that Jason Goolsby, one of the Goolsby owners, has stayed on with CFC as our General Manager. Jason has worked closely with our operations manager, Marc Cardwell, to get this facility ready to open in just three months 鈥� and the result speaks for itself.鈥�
