Hoffman Sanitation Services, owned and operated by Stewart Hoffman, has acquired James Shea Sanitation, a waste service provider based in Coalgate, Oklahoma. This strategic move marks Hoffmansâ fourth acquisition of 2025, second in the Coalgate market and tenth overall.
James Shea Sanitation has served Oklahoma communities, including Coal, Atoka and Pittsburg counties, for 2 years. James Shea owns and operates the company with residential and commercial customers including polycart accounts. âI am proud to say I built what we are turning over, and we couldnât have done it without wonderful customers.  Hoffman is a growing company in our market and other markets, Stewart and his team have the customer first mentality as well as a passion for growing the business. Merging with Hoffman is absolutely the best-case scenario for the customers we serveâ Shea said.
