The Rock Island County 91²Ö¿â Management Agency (RICWMA) launched its Recycle Coach, providing easily accessible local disposal information for thousands of household items. According to the release, the platform is free as the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is sponsoring it.
“Recycle Coach is a technology company with deep roots in public and private waste management services. The company develops a comprehensive digital solution that optimizes collection, waste, and recycling programs. It connects residents with local disposal information on desktop and mobile devices,” the release states.
The platform serves over 1,700 communities, giving residents information on collection requirements, along with recycling tips and tricks.
