Warren County, Illinois will hold a public hearing regarding the Tri-County Solid 91²Ö¿â and Recycling Plan update for McDonough, Mercer, and Warren Counties in accordance with the Illinois Solid 91²Ö¿â Planning and Recycling Act.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide the public with an opportunity to review and comment on the regional solid waste and recycling planning process, current waste management practices, recycling opportunities, public education efforts, and future goals related to solid waste management within the region.
Public comments and input are encouraged and will be considered as part of the planning and development process for the updated regional solid waste management plan.
