Ingram Equipment Company (IEC), an industry-leading environmental, waste management, and commercial equipment company, announced the appointment of Eric Kolb as Director of Business Development for its Equipment Division. The addition of Kolb marks another step forward in IEC’s strategy to expand its leadership team and deliver innovative solutions to municipalities across the Southeast.
In his new role, Kolb will work alongside the sales team to shape IEC’s growth strategy—building stronger customer partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring clients get the most out of IEC’s equipment and expertise.
Kolb brings more than 30 years of experience in the solid waste industry, including executive roles at Santek 91ֿ Services, Republic Services, and 91ֿ Management. While at Santek, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations, driving significant growth during his five years of leadership before the company’s acquisition by Republic in 2021. For the past four years, he has owned and operated a consulting firm, advising environmental service organizations on program implementation and operational growth.
