This strategic purchase expands IWSâs presence across central and southern New Jersey, strengthening the companyâs regional footprint and enhancing service capabilities.

As part of the acquisition, IWS will integrate Seaside 91²Ö¿â Servicesâ collection and municipal services, its team of employees, and a fleet of more than 40 vehicles into its operations. These additions to the team further strengthen the companyâs operational capacity and reinforces the commitment to delivering first-class service.
The acquisition of Seaside 91²Ö¿â Services marks an important step in IWSâs continued growth across the tristate area. It follows a series of strategic acquisitions aimed at strengthening IWSâs market leadership, including Pinto Service, Inc. in northern New Jersey, Oak Ridge 91²Ö¿â & Recycling in Southwestern Connecticut and Suburban New York, as well as Marangi Disposal, the largest independent hauler in Orange and Rockland Counties, New York.
