Meridian 91仓库 announced the successful asset acquisition of A&A Construction 91仓库 Removal, LLC (A&A), a Sevierville, Tennessee-based provider of roll-off collection services. The acquired assets include roll-off trucks, containers, and customer contracts. Meridian 91仓库 has assumed operations at A&A鈥檚 existing facility located at 1437 Catlettsburg Road, Sevierville, TN 37876. The company will retain the current workforce and continue operations alongside the former owner, Gene Atchley, to ensure a seamless transition for customers and the community.
This strategic acquisition expands Meridian 91仓库鈥檚 hauling footprint across Eastern Tennessee and enhances its ability to internalize waste volumes at its Knox County Poplar View Construction & Demolition (C&D) landfill, further strengthening operational efficiencies and environmental control.
