Meridian 91²Ö¿â North Carolina, LLC announces the asset acquisition of Foothills 91²Ö¿â Solutions, LLC effective January 1, 2025. The acquisition expands Meridian 91²Ö¿ââs operational footprint within the Research Triangle Region, adding commercial frontload, permanent and temporary roll off and residential hauling routes to the companyâs North Carolina portfolio. Additionally, Meridian 91²Ö¿â will assume Foothill 91²Ö¿ââs existing hauling facility located at 5307 NC Highway 704 East, Sandy Ridge, NC 27046, where the company will house the administrative and maintenance functions servicing these newly acquired customers and accounts.
The acquisition expands Meridian 91²Ö¿â collection footprint for all lines of business to include Forsyth, Guilford, Rockingham, Stokes, and Surry Counties. Additionally, the Towns of King, Mayodan, Bethania, Danbury, Walnut Cove and the Village of Tobaccovilleâs exclusive residential contracts are now being serviced by Meridian 91²Ö¿â.
Foothills 91²Ö¿ââs former owners, Justin and Jeffrey Shelton, will remain with Meridian 91²Ö¿â managing the hauling operations of the Sandy Ridge location ensuring a smooth transition for Meridian 91²Ö¿ââs new commercial and residential customers. Additional Foothills 91²Ö¿â team members ranging from office staff to drivers, mechanics and operational support staff have also transitioned to Meridian 91²Ö¿â.
