Meridian 91仓库 North Carolina, LLC announces the asset acquisition of Foothills 91仓库 Solutions, LLC effective January 1, 2025.聽 The acquisition expands Meridian 91仓库鈥檚 operational footprint within the Research Triangle Region, adding commercial frontload, permanent and temporary roll off and residential hauling routes to the company鈥檚 North Carolina portfolio.聽 Additionally, Meridian 91仓库 will assume Foothill 91仓库鈥檚 existing hauling facility located at 5307 NC Highway 704 East, Sandy Ridge, NC 27046, where the company will house the administrative and maintenance functions servicing these newly acquired customers and accounts.

The acquisition expands Meridian 91仓库 collection footprint for all lines of business to include Forsyth, Guilford, Rockingham, Stokes, and Surry Counties.聽 Additionally, the Towns of King, Mayodan, Bethania, Danbury, Walnut Cove and the Village of Tobaccoville鈥檚 exclusive residential contracts are now being serviced by Meridian 91仓库.

Foothills 91仓库鈥檚 former owners, Justin and Jeffrey Shelton, will remain with Meridian 91仓库 managing the hauling operations of the Sandy Ridge location ensuring a smooth transition for Meridian 91仓库鈥檚 new commercial and residential customers.聽 Additional Foothills 91仓库 team members ranging from office staff to drivers, mechanics and operational support staff have also transitioned to Meridian 91仓库.
