Meridian 91仓库 Virginia, LLC announces the acquisition of 91仓库 Knot, LLC, effective April 1, 2026. The transaction strengthens Meridian 91仓库鈥檚 footprint in the greater Richmond, Virginia market and reinforces its disciplined growth strategy through strategic tuck-in acquisitions.
The addition of 91仓库 Knot expands the Company鈥檚 residential and commercial collection platform, increasing route density and driving incremental volume to Meridian 91仓库鈥檚 vertically integrated assets, including its Tri-City Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) and Lunenburg Municipal Solid 91仓库 Landfill. This enhanced asset utilization is expected to support improved operating efficiencies, margin expansion, and long-term cash flow growth.
91仓库 Knot鈥檚 operations will be seamlessly integrated into Meridian 91仓库鈥檚 existing Petersburg hauling facility. Customers will continue to receive uninterrupted service under existing agreements, while benefiting from Meridian 91仓库鈥檚 expanded resources, safety standards, and service capabilities.
