Fuchs® has appointed Richard Currie as Sales Director for Key Accounts across North America. In this role, Currie will lead strategic engagement with major scrap recycling operators across the region, with a focus on highâvolume businesses seeking purposeâengineered material handling solutions.
Currie brings decades of experience in the scrap recycling industry to Fuchs, having most recently held a senior leadership role at Exodus Global. During his tenure, he played a key role in guiding the companyâs commercial expansion and strategic evolution, overseeing a period marked by modernization, increased market penetration, and operational development. His leadership helped reinforce Exodus Globalâs position as a reliable and innovative supplier to the scrap and demolition sectors.
At Fuchs North America, Currie will focus on strengthening and demonstrating the Fuchs value proposition, underpinned by productivity, durability, and longâterm total cost of ownership advantages. He will work closely with large, national recycling groups to support fleet strategies among operators requiring robust, applicationâspecific material handlers.
