In this role, Pardue will lead IEC鈥檚 growing mobile service team, overseeing on-road service, warranty repairs, and fleet maintenance solutions designed to keep customers鈥� equipment operating safely and efficiently. His leadership supports the launch of a newly established Mobile Service Division within IEC鈥檚 Service Department, created in response to significant growth in demand for mobile service and fleet maintenance support.
The expanded division strengthens IEC鈥檚 ability to deliver faster response times, broader coverage, and proactive service solutions for municipal and commercial customers. Recent additions to the mobile service team further enhance IEC鈥檚 reach and reinforce the company鈥檚 commitment to meeting customers where they are: on the job, on the road, and in the field.
